1.What is your stance on abortion? Give three reasons why (this is your own thoughts). Explain clearly and use a lot of detail. - 5 points
My stance on abortion is pro-choice because it's their decision on what they want to do with their bodies and sometimes they want their babies to live a normal life. Some babies can come with some sort of disabilities and it might make their childrens life harder than it has to be. Also some women ain't ready to have a kid or start their own family. Some women get raped and don't want to have the kid of the person who raped them.

"Even if we accept that the fetus is a person with a right to live, this doesn't mean that all abortions are wrong.
In some circumstances it may be ethical for a mother to have an abortion to defend herself from the danger to her mental or physical health that continuing with the pregnancy would cause."
3. Explain the quote you chose for number 2 in your own words. You can explain it in the following ways: relate it to something that happened in your life or someone else's, explain why you agree with the statement, explain it to the reader with more detail in case the reader might not understand the quote, or give the reader a hypothetical situation in which the quote plays out. (Whichever why you decide to explain your quote, you should have at least 3 sentences to be thorough) - 6 points
I chose this quote because some women out there abort their child, not because they want to but they have to for their own life. There are some women who gave their lives for giving their babies birth and died. Some women don't want to die so soon or might not be able to support themselves mentally and physically under this situation.

"I went for my 20-week anomaly scan thinking everything was perfectly fine with the baby. We were told at that particular scan there were a range of abnormalities affecting our baby.
We were then given the option of terminating or continuing the pregnancy. We felt at that point in our lives, with our own personal circumstances, we weren't able to continue with that pregnancy.
It's not an easy decision. Abortion is horrible at eight, 24 or 28 weeks. It's a messy business but unfortunately life doesn't always fit into little pigeon holes. It's not always perfect."

The women decided to abort her baby because her child had a disability and didn't want her herself to get into more danger. She also decided for her baby to get aborted and they choose to end the pregnancy. They wanted to start a family but her baby was going to come out with disabilities making her baby's and her own life difficult.
